Since beginning his career in 1988, Jerome Uffner has built nearly three decades of experience in the payment industry. His background includes senior management roles with FIS, First Data, Comdata, InComm and Worldpay. At the latter, he was instrumental in developing and managing the company's CashLynk system, one of the first web based processing systems in the US. Jerome Uffner also has maintained posts as vice president of financial services with InComm and senior vice president of sales with nFinanSe.
Jerome Uffner later transitioned to TransCard, where he ascended from chief marketing officer to president on the strength of his unique industry qualifications. A senior sales executive position with Fidelity National Investment Services followed, and in 2014, Mr. Uffner assumed responsibilities as president and CEO of FirstView Financial. Over his nearly three years at the helm of the payment technology provider, he guided FirstView to recognition from industry publication Paybefore, which honored the Atlanta-based company with multiple Pay Awards, including Outstanding White-Label Platform and Product of the Year.
Jerome Uffner currently serves as interim CEO of prepaid payment marketing firm theCard, LLC, and as an advisor to Green Light Acquisitions, an asset holding company focused on developing payment solutions in the legal cannabis market. Active in his community, he also maintains a seat on the board and President of children’s nonprofit Backpack Blessings.
